The Andromeda Solar System has 10 Star rule. Two are loyalty to hegemony and control downward.
Notice 3 star systems have loyalty. I believe that loyalty preserves the planets.

Since Adam was cursed to till the ground for food, we are limited to tilled food. Peanuts and sunflower seeds are tilled, but almonds are not. If it is a tree food, except banana, then it is disallowed due to Adam's curse. Like silk clothes are a tree product. Cotton and linen are tilled fabrics. If you use the nontilled, you will eat cyanide or the other tree punishments.
For "Silence" the anti-tactic is "reject."

There are differences, some are an older race with black white vision, but they created civilization. One difference, is they are CIVILIZED, we are other than civil. They will respond to "OUT", we fail to respond to that, it takes forcing out. Their hard won civilization truth is something like "The water must be delivered or I will die of beheading." I have seen them deliver or die trying. Then something like giving water gets civil responses from them, and hell from us.
