Observe and touch on both sides
- Take your left shoe, sock, and pants off so you can look for brown spots on your lower body, specifically on your right knee and left foot.
- Look for a brown spot on your right knee; press on it with your right finger or thumb.
- Press with your left finger or thumb on the big toenail on the left at the intersection of flesh and nail on the end, which is the end of a line of energy flow. You might find a brown spot somewhere on your left foot or ankle. Mine was visible. Press that instead.
- Hold it until a significant change occurs, a so-called "core transformation."
- Repeat every time you deactivate past an urgent need and make a mess.

But it beats all the face cards, including Kings.
